Asian palm civet adds extra magic to taste of?kopi luwak c, Kopi Luwak – made kopi luwak coffeemous by Jack Nicholson in the movie The Bucket List – is made from the beans of coffee berries which have been eaten by the asian palm civet, a type of cat.
Once they have passed through the animal the beans are gathered, washed ipad info, sun-dried and lightly roasted before being brewed into an aromatic coffee which is less bitter than the traditional options.

Habit Cafe manager Darrin Booth said Kopi Luwak would be on the menu all day on Friday for $20 a cup.
The cafe has a 5kg sack of Kopi Luwak beans, which are to be roasted on Tuesday in Otorohanga to make between 100 and 120 cups of coffee.
Mr Booth said he was excited that people in Hamilton would get the opportunity to try the coffee.
People that know about it will actually come in and give it a go because it is something that is different, he said.
